You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website or services in any way that causes or may cause harm to the website or interference with other users.
All appointments and payments are subject to our scheduling availability and pricing policies. We reserve the right to modify fees or cancel services at any time.
For recurring weekly service, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Refunds are typically not issued once a service visit has been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a reservice or partial refund at our discretion.
Buckeye Pets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about a transaction, please contact us first at contact@buckeyepets.com so we can address the issue promptly. We strive to resolve all concerns fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and impact your eligibility for future services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
