1. What areas do you serve?

We currently serve homes throughout Central Ohio, including Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Lewis Center, and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, contact us.

2. How often do you come to clean?

Most of our customers choose weekly visits, but we also offer twice-weekly or every-other-week options based on your needs.

3. Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you don't need to be home. Just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured if necessary.

4. What happens if there’s bad weather?

We work in most weather conditions, but if conditions are unsafe (e.g., extreme storms or ice), we’ll notify you and reschedule your visit.

5. What do you do with the waste?

All waste is securely bagged and removed from your property. We dispose of it responsibly so you don’t have to worry about it.

6. How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards through our online portal. Invoicing is typically monthly, and we also support auto-pay for your convenience.

7. What if I have multiple dogs?

No problem! We love multi-dog homes. Just let us know how many pets you have and we’ll provide pricing accordingly.

8. Can I pause or cancel service?

Absolutely. Just give us notice at least 24 hours before your next scheduled visit. No contracts or long-term commitments.
